It is often difficult to decide whether an object is more decorative, and therefore jewelry, or more functional. While I would say jewelry's function is decoration, often primarily functional items are very decorated and obscure easy classification. If the items I've rather arbitrarily included here aren't what you are looking for perhaps "Accessories" will work better.
